The goals of retreats vary dramatically. Sometimes a group needs a quick check-up, sometimes a complete overhaul. That’s why we customize our Team Building Program to you and your staff.
However, there are basic elements to every successful team. We incorporate those concepts into each program.
- Everyone on your staff needs to attend.
- It needs to be held at a location outside your office.
- It must be facilitated by a seasoned trainer who is not on your staff.
Before your program begins, we ‘interview’ you and your staff through an electronic survey. This information will be discussed at the 2-day session. Our agenda is highly interactive and experiential. Meaningful activities are woven into each workshop segment. Powerful techniques increase team & personal awareness.

Nancy knows that leading an effective team is probably one of the most crucial challenges you face as a dentist. She served as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy where she provided personnel screening, team building, and leadership effectiveness training. She has conducted seminars on a wide range of topics, from leadership training to issues surrounding work performance.
In addition to her role with McKenzie Management, Nancy concurrently works at the Center for Creative Leadership where her understanding of human behavior combined with knowledge about business dynamics makes her a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 executives. She has earned the reputation for helping leaders to discover their strengths and weaknesses, enabling them to release the energy and enthusiasm locked in their organizations.
